SHIPPING POLICY

Please note that all orders must be submitted and paid for in full by NOON PST to be eligible for same day shipping.

Holy Smokes will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen mail items that are due to an incomplete address provided on orders forms.

All items are shipped within 2 days and are estimated to arrive between 2-7 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Holy Smokes only accepts returns on damaged and/or unopened products. Should you have any issues with your orders we ask that you please contact our customer service department.

All returns, exchanges, and refunds will be subject to manager approval.
